Derek "Duck" Washington

Derek "Duck" Washington Duck is a Twin Cities area actor, audio designer, director, and writer. He has worked with many companies around town but this is his first production with Nimbus. Recent audio design credits include Bus Stop and Quartermaine's Terms at Theatre in the Round and the one woman show  Daring to Think, Move, Speak by Trena Bolden Fields. He also has design credits at Park Square, and assistant design credits at the Guthrie. Duck served on the board of directors for the Cromulent Shakespeare Company for five years and founded Rogues Gallery Arts which  produced Couch Aliens vs. the False World and The 612 in the Minnesota Fringe Festival. Duck graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre from the University of Minneasota.
